Tips to take care of your skin and feel young and fresh:

Here are some tips you may try and follow some tips during my day to keep my skin feeling young and fresh.

Following are the steps you may follow as your beauty regime:
As soon as you wake up

Splash water - Splash your face with some water (at room temperature) and pat it dry.
Cleanse - Apply few drops of a cream-based cleanser on a cotton pad and lightly rub it across my face and neck.
Tone - Apply a few drops of the toner on a cotton pad and lightly rub it across my face and skin .
Moisturize - Lastly, you may take pea-sized amount of a very light moisturizer and apply it on my face and neck.
Moisturize the Face - As you have already cleansed and toned in the morning. I wash my face with a foam-based face wash and then moisturize with a gel-based moisturizer and then apply my anti-ageing cream.
Moisturize the Body - Use a weather appropriate body lotion within 5 minutes of taking my bath to lock-in the maximum moisture.
And remember, never ever sleep with your make up on, it will surely hamper your skin.
